About us

Hello! My name is Dannii and I’m an artist and illustrator in the East of England.

I started my business in 2017 as I was a childminder and fell in love with natural resources. I needed some diversity in my resources and began painting peg dolls for the children to play with. My youngest daughter used to call them ‘peggy’ and ‘pip dolls’, hence the name!

In 2021, I took two illustration courses and spent a small fortune on brush sets, tools and an apple pencil to begin getting serious with my art. I started by illustrating my own book ‘Don’t Worry Wilby’ and then worked with small publishers in the UK and USA illustrating other peoples!
